Cancellation due to poor service quality; no refunds are granted. You can cancel your contract with us during the first 15 days of the Commencement (initiation), and we will refund any unused payments for Prepaid plans, as well as Milestones (for fixed-price projects) that were paid for but not yet delivered.

After the first seven days of a pre-paid hourly contract, it is possible to terminate it. We will repay you the remaining 100 hours if just 20 hours have been spent on your project. To seek a refund, please send an email to info@rocklandbooks.com
